GUEST SERVICES OFFICE. This is located by the main entrance. The Guest Services Officers will be more than glad to assist you with your needs.

LOST & FOUND. Lost items may be surrendered and claimed at the Guest Services Office. Splash Island will not be liable for any loss or damage to guest's property occurring within its premises. Lost children may be reported and recovered also at the Guest Services Office.

FIRST-AID. A first-aid team is always on standby during operating hours. The First-Aid facility is located beside the food court. Please refer to the Park map for the exact location.

FOOD COURT. The food court, operated by Jollibee Food Corp., offers a wide variety of fast food. Numerous food carts are also located throughout the premises for the guest's convenience.

GIFT SHOP. The Gift Galleon offers a selection of Park souvenire, swim gear and toiletries.

SHOWERS & TOILETS. Showers may be found in the male and female changing rooms. There are several toilet facilities throughout the Park. Please refer to the map for the exact locations.

LOCKERS. Lockers are available for rent on a first-come basis. These are located before the main entrance and also beside the changing rooms inside the Park.

PARKING. The parking lot is solely for the guests of Southwoods Ecocentrum. There is a minimal fee entry.
